3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically required access data may be processed to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
According to IONOS, the visitor access data described for its Webhosting products are anonymised directly when collected. Further information is available in the IONOS Webhosting privacy information.
4. Contact and callback forms
Depending on the form, we process name, practice or organisation, email address, telephone number, medical field, project interest, preferred callback time and message. The data is sent by email and used exclusively to respond, prepare a consultation or take pre-contractual steps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries.
5. Cookies and local storage
No analytics or marketing cookies are used. After you acknowledge the privacy notice, the value “medvisuell_cookie_notice” is stored locally in your browser. This prevents the notice from appearing on every visit. The value is not transmitted to us and can be deleted in your browser settings.
6. Recipients and email delivery
Access is limited to persons and service providers who need the data to process your enquiry or operate the website. IONOS SE processes technically required hosting data for the operation of the website. Where personal data is processed on IONOS systems on our behalf, processing is governed by the applicable data processing agreement.
7. Storage period
Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer required and no statutory retention duties apply. Where technically necessary personal server logs are created in individual cases, they are retained only for as long as needed for security and error analysis. The access data described by IONOS for Webhosting are anonymised directly when collected.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Links to external sites and services, such as sagoz.com, medicscreen.de or WhatsApp, are opened only when you actively select them. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
